Failure to submit content by that date will result in only what has been provided to be posted.

- Please allow TWO business days to process your registration form.
- We are doing our best to keep to our two-day turnaround time. However, due to current limitations, it may take longer.
- If you’re approved for participation, you will receive an approval email.

Is Your Org in Good Standing?
Before submitting for MSC Open House registration form, please check your StuAct Online status.
If you’re not in Good Standing, please contact
Student Organization Development and Administration. (Due to limitations caused by COVID-19, we are accepting Renewing Recognition as well.)
Please note the MSC Open House Staff does not have access to StuAct Online and cannot tell you what’s missing for your organization to be in Good Standing and Renewing Recognition.

- Once you’ve received your approval email, please visit or call the MSC Box Office
- The MSC Box Office is open from 10 a.m to 4:30 p.m. This also includes phone calls.
- Call the MSC Box Office at 979-845-1234
- DO NOT FORGET to include your approval code.
A few things to remember about payment.
- Your MSC Open House registration is not complete until you complete payment.
- The MSC Box Office DOES NOT accept SOFC Transfers
- The MSC Box Office accepts cash and all major credit cards.
